HR Manager | Co. Mayo
Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with a well-established client in Co. Mayo to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a people-focused organisation and play a key role in driving its people strategy and supporting continued growth.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary dependent on experience, up to €60,000.

The Role
- Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the HR function and provide both strategic and operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day HR function and implementing HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and talent retention strategies.
- Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development initiatives.
- Supporting succession planning while ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Managing HR systems, reporting and employee records.
About You
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and experience managing employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- A proactive, professional and confidential approach, along with experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
