HR Coordinator – Dublin 22

Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading international organisation to recruit a Senior HR Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business where you will play a key role in supporting HR operations across Ireland and Europe.

Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with employment legislation and best practice. This role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle, making it ideal for an organised HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

This role is fully on site based in Dublin 22.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employee contracts and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, recruitment administration and interview scheduling.
  • Support work permit applications and employee relocations.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR.
  • Manage statutory leave administration and absence records.
  • Respond to HR queries and coordinate the HR mailbox.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and the full employee lifecycle, including offboarding.
  • Coordinate training programmes, records and training administration.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration and HR reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy HR environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive team player with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
