Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a growing organisation in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong payroll experience who enjoys partnering with leaders while supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll, provide HR support across the business, and contribute to key projects involving reward, benefits, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a workforce of over 100 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
  • Partner with Finance to improve payroll processes, controls and reporting.
  • Manage payroll-related queries and support reward, benefits and salary benchmarking initiatives.
  • Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and HR best practice.
  • Provide advice on employment legislation, HR policies and employee relations matters.
  • Analyse HR and payroll data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational development initiatives.

About You

  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role with significant responsibility for payroll.
  • Proven experience processing end-to-end payroll for 100+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Experience with compensation, benefits and HRIS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
