Transport Manager – Drogheda

Osborne Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Transport Manager for an excellent opportunity based in Drogheda, with responsibility across multiple sites.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee transport operations, manage driver and yard teams, ensure fleet compliance, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transport, deliveries, and collections.
• Lead and support transport, driver, and yard teams.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation, fleet maintenance, and health & safety requirements.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor transport budgets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage driver training and CPC compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ management experience in transport or logistics.
• Full ROI Driver’s Licence.
• Transport Manager CPC qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and fleet compliance.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive, safety-focused approach with strong IT skills.
