Job Description

HR Business Partner – Dublin – Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation and play a key role in delivering operational and strategic HR support across the business. Working closely with senior managers and directors, you will provide trusted HR advice, drive employee engagement initiatives, support performance management, and ensure HR operations run efficiently while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Salary: 60-65K DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior managers and directors on day-to-day people matters
  • Lead the delivery of HR operations, ensuring a high-quality employee experience
  • Manage performance management and appraisal processes
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
  • Produce HR reports and people metrics, including headcount, attrition, and learning & development activity
  • Develop reward and recognition initiatives and support payroll and pension administration
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are maintained
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes to support employee growth

Key requirements:

  • Degree or Master’s qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong employee engagement and performance management experience
  • Sound knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience using HR systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
