Osborne Recruitment is currently recruiting for General Operatives on behalf of a well-established company based in Cavan.
The company provides specialist cleaning and inspection services for precision components used within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. - Additional 20% shift allowance once working the rotating shift pattern
- Increase to €15.18 per hour following successful completion of the six-month probationary period

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally clean precision components in line with strict quality requirements
- Work safely with industrial and heavy-duty cleaning chemicals
- Carefully inspect components for marks, dents, damage or contamination
- Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions
- Use specialist calibration and measuring equipment
- Use computer systems to record and track work accurately
- Handle components carefully to prevent damage
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Wear the required personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area
- Work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to meet quality and production standards
Requirements
- Candidate must have Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and complete full training
- Comfortable working with industrial cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to move onto rotating morning and evening shifts once trained
- Interest in securing a stable, long-term role
