Data Administrator (Temporary – Ongoing)

Location: North Wicklow (Head Office)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Hours: Full-time preferred, however part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and expanding company based in North Wicklow, is looking for a Data Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a predominantly remote role, offering excellent flexibility while supporting a major data migration project. The successful candidate will play a key role in transferring and organising historical business data into a new CRM system, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and easily accessible for future business use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer and accurately input data into a new CRM system
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources into one central database
  • Clean, organise and validate large volumes of dat.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, missing or inconsistent record.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel to manipulate, analyse and organise data
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Work independently while liaising with the wider team when required

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is essential for this position
  • Previous experience in data entry, data administration or data migration
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong IT and software skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Highly organised, analytical and capable of managing large volumes of data
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) is advantageous but not required
