Events Delivery Driver (B License) – Dublin

A well-established and growing event services company is seeking an experienced B Licence Delivery Driver to join its busy operations team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused driver who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to work within a fast-paced environment supporting some of Ireland’s largest events, hospitality venues, and corporate clients.

Please note: Applicants must currently be based in Ireland and have previous experience driving box body vans.

• Up to €17 per hour, depending on experience

Duties / Responsibilities

As an Events Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting event equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally across Dublin and throughout Ireland.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving box body vans for scheduled deliveries and collections
• Loading and unloading vehicles daily, including heavy manual handling
• Using cages, trolleys, and other handling equipment safely
• Delivering excellent customer service at every client interaction
• Handling customer queries or complaints professionally and effectively
• Completing delivery documentation accurately
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly
• Assisting with on-site setup where required
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Key Requirements

• Full clean Category B driving licence
• Previous experience driving box body vans is essential
• At least 1 year of commercial or multi-drop delivery driving experience
• Comfortable with a physically demanding role involving daily loading and unloading
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience dealing confidently with customers and resolving issues professionally
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding road networks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
• Flexible to work overtime during busy seasonal periods
• Must currently be based in Ireland and eligible to work full-time

Desired Skills

• Experience within events, logistics, hospitality, or equipment hire
• Manual handling or forklift certification
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
• Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
