Office Manager
Osborne is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a professional services organisation based in Drogheda on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that supports entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses through a range of professional services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting a busy and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Manage the daily administration of the enterprise centre, including enquiries, bookings, and records.
- Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors to ensure the building is well maintained.
- Support tenants and respond to enquiries to help create a positive business community.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and workshops, including scheduling and communications.
- Create marketing materials using Canva and support social media, newsletters, and promotions.
- Assist with tenant onboarding, office moves, building access, and promote available workspace and services
Requirements:
- Management or supervisory experience in administration, office support, facilities, or customer service
- Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with Canva experience.
- Able to work independently, use initiative, and solve everyday problems.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
- A proactive team player who can take the lead, use initiative, make decisions, and take the necessary action to keep things running smoothly.
