Education & Quality Assurance Officer
Osborne are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Qualifications Assurance Officer to support the assessment and recognition of third country qualifications (TCQs) for our regulatory client. This role plays a key part in ensuring fair, consistent, and evidence-based decision-making in line with organisational processes, legislation, and professional standards.
In this role you will play a central part in the delivery, ongoing development and continuous improvement of that process. Your duties will include detailed, evidence-based holistic assessments of applicant files, considering academic qualifications, supervised practice or internship arrangements, professional experience and any other relevant supporting information. The role requires sound judgement, analytical rigour and the ability to apply agreed assessment criteria.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams, external assessors, and stakeholders, while contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance across the TCQR route.
Temporary: 24 months
Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)
