Permanent, Full Time

Drogheda, Co. Louth

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 DOE

We are currently working with a dynamic client who is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager for a permanent, full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups, and growing businesses by creating a thriving and collaborative business community.

As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the enterprise centre, ensuring the smooth running of the facility while delivering an outstanding experience for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in building a welcoming, professional environment and supporting a vibrant community of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing a professional and welcoming service.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the centre, including enquiries, bookings, correspondence, and record management.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the building, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with tenant businesses, responding to queries and fostering a positive and collaborative community.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, networking events, workshops, and other centre activities, including room setup, catering, and attendee communications.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva and support social media activity, newsletters, event promotion, and general communications.
  • Assist with tenant onboarding, office moves, building access, and the promotion of available workspace and centre services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, facilities management, community management, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with experience using Canva.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
