Credit Controller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team in Dublin 12. This is a fully onsite, permanent position offering the opportunity to take ownership of an assigned customer ledger while working within a well-established and supportive team.

Salary: €34,000 – €37,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
• Proactively recover outstanding debt through phone, email, and text communications
• Handle customer queries relating to invoices, statements, and account balances
• Process refunds, allocate payments, and assist with card, online, and EFT payments
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ Credit Control experience
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• GDPR knowledge is an advantage but not essential
