About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen team in County Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their career.

You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your designated section during food preparation and service.
• Produce high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation and waste management.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional work area.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• Experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant or hospitality kitchen.
• Passion for producing quality food using fresh ingredients.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
