Bookkeeper
We are currently hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Osborne Recruitment team on a full-time permanent basis here in Drogheda.
Key duties would include:
Processing and managing Debtors and Creditors Ledger
Posting and reconciliation of bank statements
Completion of weekly payroll
Preparation of Management Accounts
Completion of other office tasks and administrative duties as required
Weekly and Monthly submissions to Revenue
Liaising with external auditors and stakeholders
Key Skills:
High level of attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage payroll / Sage 50 Accounts)
Competent in Microsoft excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Experience with payroll (Sage Micropay) Desirable
Previous experience in a bookkeeping / Accounts Assistant role
