Lead Generation & Marketing Manager

Location: Wicklow (Hybrid)
Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 DOE

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.

• Salary of €60,000–€75,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B demand generation and growth marketing strategies.
• Create and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, Google Ads, webinars and content marketing.
• Improve lead generation, conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Manage CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, pipeline growth and key marketing KPIs.
• Work closely with the CEO, sales team and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Support the creation of sales and marketing content, including case studies and campaign messaging.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in demand generation, growth marketing or B2B marketing.
• Proven success delivering qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads or WordPress is desirable.
• Background in SaaS, software, AI or another technology-led environment would be an advantage.
