About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Communications Graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing and communications activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of events, launches, conferences, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist with website content updates, including event information, webinars, blogs, and member-focused communications.
  • Draft and edit a variety of communications materials, including press releases, briefings, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, branded materials, signage, and event-related content.
  • Assist with content creation and design using platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and audience communications.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for meetings, webinars, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Corporate Communications team.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, communications, and digital trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using social media management tools, content creation platforms, or design software would be advantageous.
