Demand Generation Manager
 
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our clients team. You will drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and conversion across the customer journey. This role will own marketing activity from acquisition through to nurture, conversion, and reporting, delivering measurable commercial impact while working closely with leadership and external partners.
 
For You:

  • Full-time position.
  • Based in Wicklow with parking.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • Salary: €60,000–€75,000 depending on experience.
  • Additional benefits, bonus, pension, probation, and notice period to be confirmed in the employment contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Growth

  • Develop and execute B2B growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Generate qualified leads and pipeline through targeted campaigns and channel optimisation.
  • Identify, test, and scale effective customer acquisition channels.
  • Strengthen market positioning, messaging, and conversion performance.

Campaign & Funnel Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid search, webinars, partnerships, and content marketing.
  • Improve lead capture, landing page performance, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, offers, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, content, and calls-to-action.

CRM, Automation & Reporting

  • Manage CRM processes, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and prioritise high-impact activities.

Content & Collaboration

  • Support development of value propositions, campaign messaging, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Work closely with the Founder/CEO, sales team, and external agencies or freelancers to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong campaign management and digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, software, or technology sectors would be a plus.
  • Experience in scaling or early-stage businesses is desirable.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and WordPress.
  • Experience with content marketing, account-based marketing, or sales enablement.
