Sales Manager
Permanent | €50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Sandyford, Dublin 18
Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of sales performance, develop key customer relationships, and play a leading role in the continued growth of the business. This position will suit someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working with both homeowners and industry professionals on high-value projects.
The Role
Generate new business opportunities while maximising revenue from existing customers and referral networks.
Oversee the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order confirmation, ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience.
Lead and support the showroom sales function, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and private clients to increase product specification opportunities.
Attend meetings, site visits, and consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy of measurements, specifications, and project details.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activity, opportunities, and performance.
Work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and contribute to future sales strategies.
About You
Extensive sales experience, ideally gained within construction, interiors, home improvement, building products, or a related sector.
Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Comfortable discussing dimensions, layouts, and installation considerations with customers and trade professionals.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
Naturally proactive, organised, and persistent, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
Experience mentoring or managing team members would be highly advantageous.
For you
€50,000 base salary
Uncapped commission structure
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
1–2 Saturdays per month (10:00am – 2:00pm)
20 days annual leave
Permanent, full-time position based in Sandyford, Dublin 18
