Overview We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the smooth running of a busy Dublin office while providing comprehensive support to four senior executives and a wider team of Real Estate professionals. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, suited to someone who thrives on multitasking, takes initiative, and brings a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Location: Dublin (1 day from home)
Salary: €55,000 + DOE

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for four senior executives
Provide full administrative support to a team of approximately 13 professionals
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries
Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle expenses
Organise corporate events including board meetings, investor events, and VIP visits
Prepare presentations, proposals, and meeting materials
Support meeting preparation, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up actions
Liaise with IT and internal teams to resolve office-related issues
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
Collaborate with administration teams across multiple locations to improve processes and systems
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset
Calm and composed under pressure
Key Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
Flexible and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
