A well-established and growing financial services company is currently hiring Contact Centre Sales Agents to join its expanding team. These roles suit motivated, target-driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to build a long-term career in sales.
Salary & Benefits
€30,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission structure
Higher salaries may be considered for candidates with APA or CIP qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Assist customers with quotations, renewals, and policy sales
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
Requirements
1 years previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a positive and motivated attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
APA or CIP qualification beneficial but not essential
