Senior Technical Sales Manager – Construction / Masonry

Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer of masonry support systems to appoint a Senior Technical Sales Manager for the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth across the construction sector, with a particular emphasis on high-rise brick façade projects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy

  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, façade consultants, brick suppliers, and contractors

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Deliver technical presentations and product education

  • Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth

  • Represent the business at industry events and project sites

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' B2B sales experience within construction, masonry, façade systems, building envelope, or related sectors

  • Strong technical understanding of construction products

  • Proven track record of winning business and exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling into contractors, consultants, and construction decision-makers

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • CRM proficiency and a valid driver's licence

Construction and masonry-related experience is essential.
