Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles
Partner closely with managers on hiring strategy, employee relations, and performance management
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance issues
Support managers through performance reviews, development plans, and employee coaching
Oversee HR processes across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Drive HR process improvements, systems efficiencies, and operational best practices
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and people objectives
Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
Experience supporting multi-site teams within a matrix organisation
Proven ability to manage HR projects and process improvements
Recruitment experience across mid-to-senior level hires
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills
Additional European language skills would be an advantage
Supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
