Senior HR Generalist – Citywest

Osborne is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing international organisation for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Citywest.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for strong career growth and development opportunities within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The successful candidate will bring experience supporting employees and managers across multiple sites and business functions within a complex, matrix-style organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles
  • Partner closely with managers on hiring strategy, employee relations, and performance management
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance issues
  • Support managers through performance reviews, development plans, and employee coaching
  • Oversee HR processes across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Drive HR process improvements, systems efficiencies, and operational best practices
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and people objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Experience supporting multi-site teams within a matrix organisation
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and process improvements
  • Recruitment experience across mid-to-senior level hires
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills
  • Additional European language skills would be an advantage
  • Supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
