Customer Care Executive

Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus

A growing and fast-paced financial services organisation based in South Dublin is currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their expanding customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous contact centre or customer service experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and is motivated by delivering an excellent service experience.
The successful candidate will handle customer interactions across phone, email and online channels while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service across all customer interactions
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Process customer requests and transactions accurately in line with company procedures
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail when updating systems and customer records
  • Work towards individual and team KPI targets and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to management where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
  • Support a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment/ Retail sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach
  • Good PC and administration skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential
