Fleet Administrator / Co-Ordinator

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Fleet Co-Ordinator to join our clients team based in Dublin 22. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys problem-solving as part of a collaborative team.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 DOE

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm onsite in Dublin 22

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage a fleet of 200+ vehicles operating across Europe

  • Support engineers travelling from Ireland to various European countries

  • Organise vehicle logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth engineer travel and operations

  • Coordinate return travel and vehicle management

  • Liaise with internal teams, engineers, suppliers, and external partners across multiple countries

  • Monitor fleet usage, availability, servicing schedules, and documentation

  • Handle day-to-day operational issues quickly and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems

  • Work closely with a team of 5 within the fleet/operations department

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong Administration background (3-5 years essential)

  • Advanced MS Excel skills — must be highly proficient

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Can Do attitude & strong team-player mentality

  • Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, scheduling, or operations is advantageous

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Dublin 22
