Product Buyer – Creative Consumer Products

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Product Buyer to join a fast-paced creative business.
This role will involve supporting the development, sourcing, costing, and stock management of seasonal and everyday product ranges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing suppliers and product timelines
• Negotiating pricing and managing costs effectively
• Dealing with international suppliers and manufacturers
• Supporting product development and sourcing
• Monitoring sales, stock, and category performance
• Maintaining product costings and margins
• Coordinating production and ensuring quality standards
• Organising product launches

Ideal candidate:

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
• Previous experience negotiating pricing
• Worked with international suppliers.
• Experience within buying, merchandising, procurement, or product coordination is essential.
• Must be based in Wicklow or surrounding areas.

Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm | Friday 9:00am–5:00pm Onsite
Salary from €45,000 DOE
