Senior Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Our client, a busy and growing client services company based in County Louth, is currently seeking an experienced and professional Senior Part-Time Administrator to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high levels of organisational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily office administration duties
Processing invoices, payments, and accounts administration
Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
Handling client queries in a professional manner
Scheduling, document management, and database maintenance
Supporting management with reporting and office coordination
Assisting with payroll and general finance administration
Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior administration role
Strong accounts and bookkeeping experience essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
