Office Administrator/Front of House

At Osborne we are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our client working in the Financial Sector. This role involves front-of-house responsibilities, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates wishing to gain exposure to the financial services industry in a front-facing role.

For You:
Salary: DOE competitive
Location: Glanmire
Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00AM-6.00PM Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating client records and databases
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assisting with data entry and general office administration
  • Filing in line with company procedures
  • Supporting advisors or team members with client onboarding paperwork
  • Ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Assisting with processing applications, forms, or financial documents
  • Liaising with clients to request information or provide updates
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client financial information

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
