Stores Technician & Procurement Support
We are currently recruiting for an Stores Technician & Procurement Support to join a successful team of a client site in Crumlin Dublin 12. This role is for someone strong understanding of stores operations combined with solid procurement and administrative skills. Our client are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialist in Industrial Supplies, working with a portfolio of high-profile multinational clients. They deliver a specialist, high-quality service supported by a strong and dedicated administrative team. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers is at the core of what they do.
*This permanent full time position will start asap*
Salary & Benefits
€32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday finish at 4:00pm (39 hrs weekly)

Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
Liaise with engineers and client staff on-site
Communicate proactively with clients regarding delays or issues
Source parts, obtain supplier quotes, and issue purchase orders
Manage day-to-day stores operations, including deliveries when required
Monitor and respond to site requests via email
Maintain strict adherence to deadlines with accurate reporting
Support site performance metrics and benchmarking
Carry out site-specific requests in line with contractual agreements
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price and delivery timelines
Manage inventory, including cycle counting and improvements
Support projects and provide ad hoc procurement assistance
Key Requirements:
Strong background in stores/warehouse operations with excellent admin skills
Proven experience in procurement (essential)
Experience in Pharma or GMP environments is an advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Infor, Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Oracle)
Experience with planned maintenance order kitting
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts (advantageous)
Understanding of MRO processes
Experience with cycle counting and deviation investigations
Familiarity with Kardex storage systems (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, confident liaising with clients and suppliers
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
