Warehouse/Inventory Operatives

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Operatives on behalf of our client based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and committed candidates who have strong warehouse experience, and the flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

Package:

  • Salary: €28,972 per annum
  • Shift Allowance: 16% for day shifts / 33% for night shifts
  • Annual Bonus: 5–8% performance-based
  • Pension Contribution: 10% employer contribution
  • Free onsite parking

Shifts:

  • Day shift: 6:45am – 6:45pm
  • Night shift: 6:45pm – 6:45am
  • Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
  • Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
  • 4 weeks on days followed by 4 weeks on nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain agreed minimum and maximum inventory levels at the customer site
  • Monitor product usage to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Report any changes in usage levels to the TMM Shift Lead
  • Receive deliveries and distribute to designated points
  • Verify delivery documentation and visually inspect containers to ensure quality standards
  • Conduct daily walk-through inspections of storage and usage areas
  • Coordinate the collection and return of packages to warehouses
  • Identify and document shipment discrepancies
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role (essential)
  • Own transport is highly desirable
  • Forklift licence and manual handling certification advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of personal integrity
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of quality systems, standards, and procedures
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
