HR Graduate

Are you a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career in HR? We’re partnering with a leading organisation in Armagh to recruit a motivated HR Graduate to join their onsite team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a busy, project-driven environment while supporting core HR and operational planning activities.

You’ll play a key role in workforce coordination across multiple projects, working closely with Site Managers and the Head of Operations to ensure effective planning and resource allocation.

For You:

  • Location: Armagh – Full Onsite
  • Working Hours:  8:30am-5:15pm Monday to Thursday with early finish on Fridays

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support workforce planning across live and upcoming projects
  • Track labour rotations to maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Assist with preparing headcount forecasts, working hours, and budget projections in collaboration with commercial and finance teams
  • Monitor operational costs and provide data-driven insights
  • Contribute to scheduling and forward planning of operations
  • Support recruitment activities when required
  • Liaise with logistics to coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Assist with performance reviews and site compliance processes
  • Gather, analyse, and report on operational data to identify trends and improvements
  • Provide regular updates to management and flag potential risks
  • Help drive continuous process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive graduate with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in HR and Operations Planning
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
  • Degree in HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to County Meath (Irish, British, or EU passport required; visa sponsorship unavailable)
