Temporary Accounts Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced all-round Accounts Assistant for an immediate start in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a fully on-site, temporary role for an initial 1-month period, with the possibility of extension.

• Location: Naas, Co. Kildare (Fully On-site)
• Rate: €18–€20 per hour
• Contract: 1 Month Temporary 
• Start Date: Immediate Start Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable 
• Accounts Receivable 
• Bank Reconciliations
• Invoice processing
• Assisting with month-end processes
• General accounts administration support

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in a similar all-round accounting position 
• Proven experience using SAP is required 
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Available to start immediately
• Accounting Technician qualification, ATI or similar is desirable
• Payroll experience is advantageous
