Commercial Operations Manager
Location: Louth | Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a leader commercially astute business and people leader.

You’ll be the driving force behind our client’s operation — aligning Sales, Marketing, Admin, Training Delivery, and Product Development so that everyone knows what great looks like and can deliver it week after week.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & coach a high-performing internal team — setting clear expectations, running great 1:1s, and helping people hit their stride.

  • Build simple, repeatable systems — playbooks, checklists, and operating rhythms that make great work happen automatically.

  • Create clarity & accountability — from daily huddles to monthly reviews, you’ll keep communication tight and performance transparent.

  • Drive operational excellence — ensuring every course runs smoothly, every client feels looked after, and every follow-up is done right.

  • Partner for growth — collaborating with the founder and team leads to align operations with strategy and client success.

What You’ll Bring

  • A relevant third level qualification with demonstrable ongoing professional development through your career

  • 7+ years leading teams and operations in a fast-moving services or training environment.

  • Proven experience turning ad-hoc work into playbook-driven operations.

  • Strong leadership and coaching mindset — sets standards, builds accountability, and celebrates wins.

  • A head for numbers and process — balancing efficiency, client experience, and commercial impact.

  • Tech comfort — CRM, task systems, and dashboards are part of your toolkit.

  • Bonus: Experience in training/education operations or coordinating external trainer networks.
