Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Tallaght, Co. Dublin
Temp to Permanent
Pay rate €15.50/hr.
Osborne is partnering with our client, a leading manufacturer of office furniture, to recruit a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their premises in Tallaght, Co. Dublin.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows, safe loading and unloading of goods, and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role and candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
• Take a hands-on supervisory role, actively involved in picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space and resources
• Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of goods
• Monitor product quality and condition, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
• Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision
• Strong operational management skills
• Excellent customer service approach
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• A reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
• A valid forklift licence (essential)
