Our client is seeking a PA/Administrator to join our team on a specified purpose contract. In this role, you will provide support to the Managing Director and the wider team. Salary: €40-45K Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) – WFH 1 day per week Location: Dublin 4
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Managing Director’s diary, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documentation.
Ensure all correspondence and emails are responded to promptly and followed up as required.
Organise meeting agendas, compile and distribute papers to attendees in advance.
Accurately record meeting minutes and circulate them in a timely manner.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors as required.
Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodation requirements.
Manage and process the Managing Director’s monthly expenses.
Screen incoming communications (email, written correspondence, and telephone calls) and follow up to ensure completion of actions.
Draft professional emails, letters, and other correspondence as required.
Provide administrative support to the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day business operations.
Assist with ad hoc projects and the organisation of events.
Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive demeanour at all times.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.
Required:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Experience in a property related business would be advantageous.
Experience in preparing documents such as reports and presentations.
Comfortable with new technologies and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.
