Office Support

At Osborne we are recruiting a reliable and organised Office Support professional to join our clients busy office in Cork City Centre. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing administrative assistance, managing office logistics, and supporting colleagues and clients efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team.

  • Location: Cork City Centre
  • Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Monday to Friday (no bank holidays)
  • Salary: €28,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close client files on the system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Upload and maintain client identification documents, running checks and reports to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Manage daily post, and tracked items, ensuring timely handling.
  • Complete daily bank lodgements, handling cheques and financial documentation securely.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, including stationery, headed paper, printer toner, and consumables.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Organise confidential shredding and manage refuse and recycling collections.
  • Deliver urgent local mail and provide ad hoc office support as needed.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, including receipts, lodgement slips, and client cheques.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in office administration or support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases or case management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
