  • Lead communications with a network of 14,000+ partners, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, timely and engaging
  • Act as the central owner for all partner communications, providing solutions and recommendations on strategy, content and channels
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and senior stakeholders to support operational priorities through effective communication
  • Create and deliver communications plans, campaigns and key messaging frameworks
  • Ensure communications are measured, evaluated and refined based on performance and feedback

  • Provide confident leadership and direction, influencing stakeholders and driving best practice across the organisation
  • Stay hands-on in delivery while maintaining a strategic, forward-looking perspective

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing communications and/or marketing strategies

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into practical, effective execution
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities and proactively proposes solutions
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and large communication audiences
  • Strong organisational and project management skills

Personal Attributes:

  • Confident, credible and decisive
  • Hands-on and delivery-focused
  • Commercially and operationally aware
  • Collaborative, but comfortable taking the lead
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
