Osborne Recruitment are looking for an Experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join an established and well-known public sector company based in Cork City.
This is a part time temporary position for a duration of 8 weeks.
Salary: Up to €17 per hour. Hours: 25 hours per week

What you will do:
Tracking and processing of purchase orders into the financial system.
Processing of invoices into the financial system.
Preparation of the weekly payment run and uploading to the bank for payment.
Payment of PSWT deductions through Ros Online.
Processing of staff expenses claims to the finance system
Assisting with annual and internal audits as required.
Preparation of weekly lodgement and lodging of same in the bank.
General accounts administration and ad hoc duties as required
What you will need:
Minimum 2 years Finance Administration/ Accounts Payable experience
Personable and reliable with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently & as part of a team
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise when needed
Strong excel skills are an advantage
Experience using Sage Line 50 and SharePoint highly desirable.
Knowledge of ROS online and Banking online systems.
Experience in Xero Accounting Software
Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word and MS Excel
