Field Sales Executive – Solar Energy – County Meath
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive with a proven background in selling solar panels and solar-based energy solutions. This is a field-based role covering Meath and the wider Leinster region, focused on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and conducting on-site solar surveys. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in solar sales, including carrying out customer site surveys and working closely with technical and installation teams.
Salary and Benefits:
Location: Meath & Leinster Region (Field-Based)
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential and/or commercial solar installations
Conduct on-site solar surveys, assessing roof suitability, shading, orientation, and electrical setup
Present tailored solar solutions to customers, clearly explaining system performance, savings, and ROI
Manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting through to signed contract
Accurately prepare quotations and proposals based on survey findings
Liaise with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company professionally at all times in the field
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 12 months’ experience selling solar panels or solar energy systems
Proven experience conducting solar site surveys
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related equipment
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary and territory
Full, clean Irish driving licence
Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
