Head of Global Sales
We are hiring an enthusiastic and commercially driven Head of Global Sales to join a category-defining digital health company that sits at the crossroads of clinical science, advanced technology, and pharmaceutical innovation. This is a rare opportunity to lead global sales strategy and build meaningful partnerships with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical organisations, as they enter a pivotal phase of global scale-up and commercial expansion.
This is a leadership role for someone equally comfortable engaging in scientific, clinical, and commercial dialogue at board and executive level.

The Role
As Head of Global Sales, you will own and execute the global commercial strategy, driving sustained revenue growth through enterprise-level partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies, health technology leaders, and payers. You will operate as a strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders—both internally and within partner organisations guiding complex, multi-year collaborations that directly impact clinical development and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead a global sales and partnership strategy aligned with long-term growth and market leadership
Originate, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-year enterprise deals with global pharmaceutical organisations
Build trusted, senior-level relationships across pharma R&D, clinical, digital, and commercial leadership teams
Translate complex clinical and scientific value into compelling, data-driven commercial propositions
Lead global revenue performance across the full sales lifecycle—from strategy and pipeline development to close
Partner closely with product, clinical, and executive teams to shape market positioning and go-to-market strategy
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales organisation with a culture of accountability and excellence
Executive Profile
8+ years of commercial experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or digital health environments
5+ years in senior sales leadership, ideally at global or regional level
Demonstrated success selling into major pharmaceutical companies across Europe and/or globally
Strong medical and clinical understanding, with credibility engaging in CNS and rare disease discussions
Deep experience structuring and closing complex enterprise partnerships and strategic pharma agreements
Proven ability to influence and operate at C-suite and board level
Highly strategic, analytical, and commercially driven with exceptional negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across Europe and the US
Fluent English (written and spoken)
