We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our clients warehouse. This role requires a strong people leader with a focus on operational performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Location: Cork
Salary: From €55,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support and develop the warehouse team to meet operational targets and maintain accuracy and service levels.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient daily workflows.
Ensure full compliance with GDP and QSHE standards, including training, audits and documentation.
Oversee goods receipt, picking, dispatch and stock control in line with inventory procedures.
Manage communication with hauliers, subcontractors, customers and internal departments.
Maintain complete and accurate records relating to warehouse activities, equipment, staff training and customs requirements.
Implement and promote 5S practices, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence standards.
Maintain the warehouse facility to ensure cleanliness, safety and security at all times.
Participate actively in new business implementations and operational changes.
Requirements:
Previous experience supervising a warehouse team (pharmaceutical or GDP experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems and quality/safety standards.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work to targets and adapt to changing operational needs.
