Production Operator 

We are recruiting Production Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Dunmanway. This role is ideal for candidates looking for stability, teamwork, and opportunities to learn new skills within a supportive environment.

• Location: Dunmanway, West Cork
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:30pm–10:30pm
• Salary: Competitive, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production activities across batching, blending, packing, and dispatch
• Assist with general factory tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Operate equipment (training provided) and follow SOPs
• Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in assigned areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and work under direction of supervisors
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexible and adaptable to different tasks within the plant
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
