I am currently looking for an experienced Dispatch Warehouse Manager to oversee the dispatch operations for our clients busy and fast paced Dublin facility located in Dublin 15. The ideal candidate for the Dispatch Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of products, and maintaining high standards of inventory control and safety. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a very busy, high volume and quick turnaround environment and can do so confidently. This permanent position will offer someone with 3 years’ experience the chance to work with an award-winning company and be an essential asset to the warehousing dispatch team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire logistics management of the business ensuring all goods inwards and dispatches are timely and accurate. All movements to be continued in real time on the company ERP system.
Coordinate the delivery schedules, ensuring inhouse fleet is used in most efficient manner and control of external delivery spends within the agreed parameters.
Leading the team of employees providing clear direction and efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed solutions within the department.
Communicate regularly with all fellow department managers to ensure the jobs and times are met and completed to customers descriptions. Ensuring a prompt response time to both customers and colleagues are met.
Manage the fleet management – ensuring that all company vehicles and equipment are always maintained and operational. Any issues or defects are to be reported and corrected immediately.
At all times ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by the entire team.
Provide cover for any drivers as required.
Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in busy warehouse dispatch management
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Excellent computer knowledge especially with Excel
Strong communication skills in both written and verbally
Full Clean Driving License for at least 2 years
Good Knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
