Operations Manager 

We have partnered with fantastic operation in Louth who are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager/General Manager to join their operation. 
This role is integral to ensuring the efficient management of our daily operations, optimising supply chains, and supporting sustainable practices that align with the cooperative’s mission. 
As Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with cooperative members, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to streamline processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the cooperative’s growth while fostering sustainable practices that benefit both our members and the environment.

Salary and Benefits: €80,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Operations of the business  
• Quality control and check of products before being sent to customers 
• Valuing the product and ensuring maximum revenue 
• Identifying new business opportunities  
• Maintaining customer relationships 
• Maintaining sustainability and traceability at every stage of the supply chain
• Manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiative

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an operations Manager or General Manager
• Background in FMCG, poultry, or meat industries preferred
• Proficiency in Italian is an advantage
• Experience selling to EMEA and APAC is ideal
• Strong organisational and communication skills
