Cluster Sales Executive – Permanent – Dublin City Centre – Hybrid
Here at Osborne, we are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join a leading luxury hotel group in Dublin City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to implement and execute innovative sales strategies within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving corporate business, and maximising revenue across multiple properties. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within the hotel industry.
Salary: Up to €40 DOE + Bonus
Main responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, including negotiating rates and ensuring repeat business.
Identifying new business opportunities within the corporate sector to increase room bookings, meeting space usage, and additional hotel services.
Managing requests for proposals (RFPs) from corporate clients, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting their requirements.
Hosting property tours for prospective corporate clients and presenting tailored service offerings to secure contracts.
Creating and implementing sales strategies to target corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with overall hotel goals.
Leveraging the hotel cluster to offer multiple locations for corporate events, conferences, or accommodations, providing clients with flexible options.
Working with clients to negotiate corporate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profitability.
Working closely with the marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to ensure that corporate sales strategies are effectively executed across properties.
Monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends, and preparing sales reports to track progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Knowledge & Experience requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of proactive hotel sales experience.
Experience of the corporate market in Dublin City Centre.
Must be able to “Knock on doors” to get business.
Confident and experienced with cold calling, online and offline research.
Persuasive negotiating skills and ability to convert business.
Ability to achieve targets for appointments and converted business.
Strong customer development and relationship management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, listening, writing) and problem-solving skills.
