Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment and HR processes. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and maintaining up-to-date records of candidate pipelines and employee changes in the system.

For you:

  • Location: Maynooth
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • CV Management: Review, screen, and filter CVs to ensure that only suitable candidates are progressed to the next stages.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring schedules are aligned and confirmed.
  • Onboarding: Assist in general onboarding processes, including sending out new hire paperwork, contracts, and setting up new employees in the system.
  • System Management: Maintain and update recruitment pipelines, including candidate tracking, leavers, and new hires in the company’s HR system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day recruitment administrative support, ensuring all documents are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • New Hire Contracts: Prepare and send out contracts for successful candidates, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Leaver Process: Process employee exits by updating the system and ensuring all offboarding paperwork is completed.
  • Compliance and Filing: Ensure that all required paperwork is filed and maintained in accordance with company policies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or recruitment role, 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment or HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to managing recruitment pipelines and keeping processes running smoothly.
