Executive Assistant / Accounts Administrator

Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €45,000  
Position: Permanent, Full-Time 

The Ideal EA/Accounts Administrator:

  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial admin, or similar roles.
  • Strong EA/PA skillset and experience.
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Able to manage time efficiently and work independently.

Responsibilities of the EA/Accounts Administrator:

  • Bookkeeping: Manage household-level bookkeeping (not high volume)
  • Monthly Bills & Payments: Track and chase payments, handle member interactions, process payments, post invoices, and provide diary management.
  • P&L Reports: Run standard Profit & Loss statements as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with calls, diary management, and general office/EA tasks.
  • Quarterly Accounts Support: Collaborate with the accountant, providing necessary information for quarterly management accounts.
