Contact centre agent

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Contact Centre Agent to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that patient needs are met and appointments are fully booked. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care and making sure patients feel heard and valued throughout their healthcare journey.

Position: Contact Centre Agent – Patient-Focused & Fast-Paced Env.
Location: West Dulbin
Salary: Competitive Salary plus commission
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care on all calls (inbound and outbound).
• Achieve call KPIs and ensure appointment diaries are fully booked.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and call statuses.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for booking appointments.
• Engage with patients to ensure their healthcare needs are fully understood and addressed.

Requirements:

• Experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in diary management and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, hit targets, and perform under pressure.
