Senior Solicitor

Osborne is currently working on behalf of a superbly regarded, growing, Irish top-10 law practice which is seeking to add an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to its market-leading Healthcare Law team.  This practice, based in Dublin 2, is well-known in the industry for offering a favourable work-life balance and a truly collegiate, progressive working environment.

• Provision of advice and legal solutions to a wide range of household name clients
• Typical work will consist of interesting and wide-ranging healthcare law issues including a variety of medical/dental negligence claims, inquests, Medical Council matters, Tribunal Hearings and potential contractual and ethical issues.

Candidate Characteristics:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales
• 3+ years’ PQE, ideally within a practice dealing with medical negligence and personal injury litigation
• Strong client management skills, including public and regulatory bodies, and positive business development disposition.
• Demonstrable team management abilities with a focus on ensuring quality output.
• Experience with Defence Litigation advocacy advantageous.
