Associate Solicitor

One of Ireland’s top-rated mid-sized law firms is looking to add to their team by taking on an experienced Commercial Asset and Debt Recovery lawyer with a real desire to progress their career in this specialism.  As a core member of this legal organization, you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining and advising a strong network of commercial and corporate clients ranging from SMEs and financial institutions. Salary: DOE

Role and Responsibilities:

• Advising on asset recovery, mortgage litigation, and enforcement of securities
• Managing a busy litigation caseload covering all courts
• Working independently and supporting team members with activities including managing case files, drafting pleadings, performing legal research and analysis and advising clients.
• Managing and growing client relationships

Candidate Characteristics:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland with 1+ year PQE working in Litigation or advising Financial Institutions.
• Excellent organisational and prioritization skills to manage a dynamic caseload.
• A desire to work to build client relationships and an ability to actively grow the firm’s client base through different networking and business development activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to connect and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
