Field Sales Representative – Dublin Region

Salary €50,000 – €60,000 base DOE.  – Commission Structure. 20 Days AL.  Free parking on site. – Company Car or expenses for own car – Training and Development – Support with continuous development. Employee Assistance Programme.

Work for a recycling company that is expanding the sales team in managing accounts and bringing in new business. If you have experience working in a sales-based role within the construction industry or in the recycling industry and looking for a role with excellent progression opportunities, then this could be an excellent career move.

The Role:

• To successfully identify new business opportunities and manage current client orders.
• Motivated to get out and meet with clients within the building sector selling products such as skips and recycling materials / products.
• Presenting our target customers with our unique client approach.
• Promoting and upselling the newest range of services.
• Accurately document sales interactions and maintain organized records of leads, sales, and customer information.
• Achieve weekly, monthly & yearly sales targets set out by management.
• Work towards targets and KPIs Experience & Skills:
• Sales experience an advantage
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Full Irish Drivers Licence.
• Hours Flexibility.
